Founded by building industry veterans, Top Level Tools launched with the North American introduction of the NIVCOMP digital floor leveling instrument. The year was 2009. Since then, the NIVCOMP and LEVELPEG floor leveling system has become indispensible to contractors who install self-leveling underlayment products for concrete, wood, and tile. Today, Top Level Tools designs, develops and manufactures simple, innovative, time saving tools for the building industry.
